A private property in the city of Plovdiv, we designed and built a bioclimatic aluminum structure of the "Xroof" type with LED lighting, an automated glass system of the "Guillotine" type.
Xroof is an automated aluminum construction with movable and retractable slats. They belong to the so-called bioclimatic pergolas. The characteristic of this type of construction is that their roof system is made up of individual slats that rotate and come together at one end of the structure, opening the roof part completely, as well as forming a dense and stable roof. Each lamella is equipped with additional insulation and an independent drainage system, which helps to provide excellent drainage from rain or snow. In addition to the slats, the construction also has a built-in drainage system in the legs. This model allows for the installation of LED and RGB lighting, and the colors of the construction profiles are of the customer's choice, and each element is treated with a powder coating. The connecting elements are made of stainless steel, which guarantees long-term corrosion-free operation.
Guillotine is an automatic glazing that covers the entire exterior of the room, with the glass falling or going up and opening up the space. Depending on the height of the ceiling, the parts of the glazing can be 2, 3 or 4, and depending on where they move, the fixed part can serve as a handrail. This type of glazing is necessarily offered with profiles, and the customer chooses its color himself. It is possible to choose the color of the glass, whether it should be a double-glazed unit or a single glass.The automation is with Somfy motors and Continental belts, and the control is extremely easy, using a remote control.
