Here we designed and built a FLAT model pergola with LED lighting, profileless sliding five-channel glazing and a WPC decking floor.
FLAT model is an aluminum structure designed to protect against sun, rain and other climatic changes. It withstands wind gusts up to 117 km/h and protects against the penetration of the sun's harmful UV rays up to 89%, and the coating is 100% waterproof. The system is fully automated with Somfy solutions and Continental belts. The roof system is flat, made of 3-layer, hard-to-burn, German fabric from Mehler, made with the so-called Block-Out technology that prevents pairing of the covered space. The construction is sloped, for proper drainage and to avoid accumulations, and its front legs are equipped with an integrated drainage system.
Every detail is powder coated and customers have a choice of color. The connecting elements are made of stainless steel, which ensures long-term and trouble-free operation. It can be mounted to a building or stand alone, with the model allowing the addition of LED lighting.
Profileless glazing can be made of single glass. Profiles are placed only in the upper and lower parts of the glazing, and the way of shrinking is by sliding, with the glasses standing one behind the other. The customer can choose the colors of the glasses and the profiles.
